Exciting discovery session designed for 9–11 year olds to explore the world of Artificial Intelligence.
Through interactive and engaging activities, kids will begin to unravel the magic of AI, learning how machines are “trained” and how they use the information to provide feedback and make decisions. This online workshop introduces fundamental concepts in a fun and accessible way, fostering curiosity and creativity in the young minds of tomorrow.
Kids will ArtBot and train their AI helper to recognise and locate objects hidden in a maze of dungeons, to see how supervised and reinforcement learning work.
ChatGPT Decoded (age 12-16)
Interactive online discovery session designed specifically for 12-16 year olds.
The workshop is devised as an exciting journey into the world of natural language processing. Through fun and hands-on activities, participants will learn how ChatGPT, today’s most popular language model, was conceived and developed, and how statistics are used to provide answers to users’ questions.
Teens will discover how conversational agents—applications capable of engaging in natural language conversations with users—are conceived and trained. They will also explore the connection between prompt engineering and the generated responses. The session will conclude with recommendations for the responsible use of ChatGPT.
